The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated team player that will manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Work with Contoller on reconciliation of Accounts, G/L, Month End Closing, and Produce Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
Work directly with Controller to monitor and control all aspects of accounting.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting plus formal accounting training.
Experience with A/R, A/P, Collections, Billing.
Must possess good fundamental understanding in all facets of accounting and be proficient in any computerized bookkeeping system.
Should have good understanding of spread sheets and preferably graphical spreadsheets.
Must have prior experience with QuickBooks using QuickBooks Pro or above versions.
Highly organized and attention to detail oriented Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers/vendors and Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to work quickly but accurately, clean and complete -- no loose ends.
Must meet deadlines.
Goal oriented, self motivated, hard worker adaptable & flexible Willingness to work in other aspects of business.
